  Patients with multiple sclerosis resisted to glucocorticoid therapy: abnormal expression of heat-shock protein 90 in glucocorticoid receptor complex

summary: The authors investigated why some people with MS do not respond to steroids, a medication given to shorten the duration of relapses. They found some molecular differences which might help explain this.
